100 Years at Rosalie House

Rosalie House Homestead is turning 100 and we’re hosting a feast for the ages!

A long, beautiful table filled with flowers, food and wine, nestled among the vines. Live music, wine tastings, tours of the vineyard and the chance to visit the homestead. This special occasion has been 100 years in the making, and we're celebrating in style.

Your ticket includes:

• A welcome cocktail with Rosalie House’s new Shiraz Gin
• A three-course grazing menu featuring Bannock Brae beef, Lazy Cow Farm pork, The Folly Truffles truffle butter, Merritts Creek sourdough and sides of local produce
• Pairings of Rosalie House wines for all three courses
• Coach transport to and from set locations in Highfields and Toowoomba
• Live music by Victoria Q
• Wine tastings
• 10% off additional bottles purchased for takeaway
• Tours of the homestead and vineyard.

Along with this line-up of exceptional food and first-class entertainment, we will be officially launching our Shiraz Gin, created in collaboration with Pechey Distilling Co. and our Rosalie House Wine Club.

DETAILS TO KNOW

The complimentary transport for the day is as follows:

• 11:30 am - Toowoomba Bus Depot pick-up.
• 11:45 am - Highfields Village pick-up.

All guests will be returned to their pick-up location at the end of the event.

• 5:15 pm - Highfields Village drop-off.
• 5:40 pm - Toowoomba Bus Depot drop-off.

Please note that the menu for the day has been carefully curated by our Head Chef and team to ensure the best possible combination of flavours and textures. Therefore we will be unable to offer substitutes or accommodate dietary requirements.
